What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

Contact forms: name, email, phone and your message (including general, billing or access routing labels where used)
Website plan enquiries: name, email, phone, business details, plan interest and notes from short plan enquiry forms
Website onboarding: project answers, content, branding and files you submit for a website build
Social Brand Match onboarding: profile links, branding and access method details for that one-off social service
Waiting list forms: name, email, phone and consent when you ask to be contacted later
Payment and billing support: confirmation and metadata we receive from Stripe, plus billing correspondence when you contact us about payment
Access permissions: collaborator, manager or agency invitations and account permissions where needed to configure hosting or connected services. We do not collect passwords through public forms
Email and WhatsApp: if you contact us directly, we keep the information needed to reply and manage your account
Technical data: basic server logs, cookies, or similar data needed to run and secure the site
Analytics: if we use analytics (for example to understand traffic), it may collect anonymised or pseudonymised usage data. We aim to keep this proportionate and can update this section if tools change
Referral / QR tracking: where you arrive via a campaign link, we may store source labels with your enquiry to understand what brought you to us

How we use information

Send service updates related to your project (not unrelated spam)
Improve the website and fix problems

Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We rely on appropriate grounds such as contract (delivering your plan), legitimate interests (running and improving our business, security), and consent where you opt in (for example marketing emails). You may withdraw consent where it applies without affecting lawful processing before withdrawal.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only where needed with trusted providers, for example:

Stripe: payment processing
Hosting / database providers: storing enquiries and project records (such as Supabase or similar infrastructure we use)
Email and messaging: delivering support via email or WhatsApp
Third-party tools on your site: booking, email marketing, or analytics you ask us to install may process data under their own policies

We require processors to protect data appropriately. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where that happens, safeguards such as standard contractual clauses may apply.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide services, handle disputes, and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability where applicable. Contact us to make a request. You may also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we handle data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service is completely secure; please use strong passwords on accounts we help you create and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
